I am having trouble logging in to an rmtMeeting. What should I do?

2:
How can I minimize response time (maximize performance) when I want to share a document using rmtPresentPremium
A:
If you are running rmtView video first click on the freeze button on the rmtView control page before starting to share. This releases CPU resources and available network bandwidth used by the video stream so they can be used instead for sharing. Even if available bandwidth is limited this will still have a positive affect on performance. Press resume when ready to continue with the video. Your connection is not affected by doing this. You can freeze and resume the video transmission whenever you wish.

What is the RMT hosted environment used for hosting rmtMeeting solutions? How available, secure and dependable is it?
A:
Remote Meeting Technologies’ servers reside in British Columbia and New Jersey. These facilities offer complete redundancy with failover between systems. All servers are powered by UPS (uninterruptible power system) and utilize inter-server heartbeat to achieve continuous service. Since the servers have gone live in the last two years, RMT has had no customer down time. RMT’s servers are maintained in a secure environment. All RMT systems are secure from unauthorized access both physically and via the network. All system management functions are via encrypted channels, and all browser connections between users and the servers are encrypted.
