            Executive Biographies:

    Don Marchon, President and CEO:
    Prior to his current role, Don Marchon was President and CEO of Marchon
    Consulting, a consulting firm for technology companies. Clients ranged from
    Fortune 100 industry leaders to venture-stage startups.  Marchon Consulting
    effectively addressed four key challenges a technology company faces in
    bringing products and services to market -- Business Strategy, Go-to-Market
    Strategy, Go-to-Sales Execution, and Technical Services.

    Before Marchon Consulting, Don was  the Senior Vice President of Worldwide
    Indirect Sales and Support at Metiom, Inc.   He created and directed Metiom's
    newly established partner organization and managed Metiom's worldwide
    channel sales, marketing, and service initiatives.

    Prior to his role with Metiom, Inc., Marchon was the General Manager of
    Hewlett-Packard’s business critical solutions portfolio, managing and driving
    worldwide sales, marketing, technology development, service, and support
    teams.

    Chuck Munro, Vice President, Hardware Technologies:
    Chuck Munro brings to Remote Meeting Technologies a wealth of hardware
    and software experience gained from more than 23 years as a Senior
    Technical Consultant with Hewlett-Packard.  While at HP he assisted clients
    with the design and implementation of real-time and general-purpose
    computer systems.  

    Chuck has worked on large and small systems, with clients as diverse as
    General Motors, Amazon.com, Nortel, and many research organizations in
    civilian and military disciplines.  He was also part of a team of specialists
    during the pre-release and post-release stages of Itanium CPU development
    at Hewlett-Packard, involved in the design and implementation of software
    porting lab facilities for customer use.  He has significant experience in the
    deployment of Internet-based services and high-availability systems.  

    Prior to his career at HP, Chuck was a Clinical Technologist in a large
    hospital laboratory designing and implementing lab automation systems, and
    was a member of a research team working on Navy hydrofoil systems,
    specializing in data acquisition and processing.  

    Chuck has been an advocate of the Linux operating system since 1992
    during its early experiemental releases.  He has taught several courses in
    Real-time operating systems, UNIX and TCP/IP Networking.

    Phil Ramsden, Vice President, Network Technologies and Customer
    Support Services:
    Phil Ramsden guides the network implementation of Remote Meeting
    Technologies’ products. Phils responsibilities also include the RMT customer
    technical support program.

    Prior to Remote Meeting Technologies, Phil was a Senior Network Technical
    Consultant with Hewlett-Packard, providing consulting to HP customers in the
    areas of network planning, design and implementation, network management,
    and network performance.  He has acted as Network architect for various
    Fortune 500 companies.  Phil has over 15 years experience in Network
    concept development, architecture, design and implementation services.  

    Ron McOuat, Vice President, Software Technologies:
    Ron McOuat brings to Remote Meeting Technologies more than 27 years of
    experience with hardware and software in the computer industry. During that
    time 25 years were spent as a Senior Technical Consultant with Hewlett-
    Packard.  At HP Ron focused on real-time systems, UNIX systems, 3D
    graphics, kernel drivers for both real-time and UNIX, assembler, Fortran, C,
    C++ and Java. Also during that time he acquired 6 years of experience with
    relational databases. Additional project work involved Windows environments
    and Visual Basic. For the last 4 years he concentrated on project work
    utilizing J2EE technologies.

    While at HP Ron has worked with many clients in the Telco industry including
    Telus, Novatel and Northern Telecom. For a period of 4 years the project
    work was with Raytheon on air traffic control system monitoring. There were
    many smaller assignments with clients such as Amazon.com and many
    research facilities, mostly in private industry. He was also involved with a
    team that was concerned with HP field input into the PA-RISC system prior to
    release as a product, the purpose was to provide valuable input from a field
    perspective into the labs at HP responsible for the product design.

    Prior to HP, Ron received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical
    Engineering followed by a Masters degree in the same discipline at the
    University of British Columbia.

    Ken Birmingham, Vice President, Strategic Planning and Channel
    Development:
    Ken Birmingham develops Remote Meeting Technologies' go-to-market
    strategies and the tactics necessary to execute them.

    Ken’s responsibilities also include the creating, documenting, auditing, and
    evolution of RMT’s Channel Program.

    Ken has a diverse background in engineering, sales,  marketing, and
    management.  He redesigned parts of the Boeing 747, had been a top direct
    salesman for the Hewlett-Packard Company and subsequently managed a
    team of technical systems consultants. He then moved into channel account
    management, signing up HP's first distributor for UNIX systems, which
    eventually became a $1 million per day account.  Ken was then named HP's
    North American Channel Marketing Program Manager for Enterprise Storage
    and, most recently, for HP's UNIX servers.
